An exceptional late 19th century Indian carpet that would have been made for the British market. With a sought-after 'all-over' design, the colours of this carpet would look particularly good in a large library or study in a country house. Some wear, and a corner repair, but generally in good condition for its age. Expertly cleaned and conserved.
